In response to high demand, we are now offering this as a shared safari as well: 3 day SHARED SAFARI, which includes SERENGETI and NGORONGORO CRATER.

From Moshi or Arusha, you can start your safari early in the morning (5am from Moshi or 6:30am from Arusha) with a transfer to Mto wa Mbu. Here, you can join a safari group doing the 4-day shared itinerary (basically skipping the first day). Alternatively, for a small extra, you can have your transfer to Mto wa Mbu the evening before, meet up with your safari group at the campsite, spend the night camping, and then start your safari after breakfast at around 8am.

Day 1: Moshi – Serengeti National Park

On the first day of 3 days  budget  safari tour to serengeti and  Ngorongoro crater you will be picked up from your accommodation in Moshi or Arusha early in the morning (approximately 5am from Moshi or 6:30am from Arusha) if you have not booked your transfer from Moshi to Mto wa Mbu and overnight camping in to Mbu for the night before the actual start of the safari (please see details above).

The journey to Serengeti National Park will begin with breakfast, and it will take you through the Ngorongoro conservation region. The wildlife drive will take place while you are travelling through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which you will be able to enjoy along the way. Arrive at Serengeti National Park in the early afternoon for a wildlife drive until dusk. Great herds of buffalo and wildebeests, groups of elephants and giraffes, eland, impala, and Grant’s gazelle, as well as lions, leopards, and other animals, may be seen rather frequently in the Serengeti, which is considered to be one of the areas in Africa that provides the most opportunities for game viewing. Enjoy your evening meal in the comfort of your chosen lodging. (Please keep in mind that if you select the SIMPLE LODGE option, you will spend the night CAMPING because there is no simple lodge lodging in the region. This has already been incorporated into the SIMPLE LODGE lodging plan fee.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

Whether you choose to bring a lunch pack with you or return to your lodging for a cooked lunch, you will receive either option. After that, take a game drive in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Conservation Area on the way back, where you may see even more wildlife, including zebras, lions, leopards, cheetahs, gazelles, wildebeest, and hyenas. Day 3: Ngorogoro Crater

A true Eden, you will be astounded by the abundance of animals that come very close to the vehicle. The crater floor is home to around 25,000 large creatures, including the last Black Rhinos, Zebras, Guns, Gazelles, Buffalos, Lions, Hippos, Elephants, Elands, Hyenas, and a variety of aquatic birds.
