Day 1: Arrival in Kigali and transfer to Volcanoes national park
After an early morning breakfast, an English driver guide will pick you up and transfer you through the land of rolling hills with the safest and cleanest roads to the beautiful home of endangered mt gorillas with an exclusive briefing about the entire trip. Upon arrival, you’re welcomed by the customer service providers at the lodge and rest a little bit as you organise for the next day. Dinner at the lodge

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes national park Rwanda
Early in the morning after your done with your delicious breakfast. The guide will pick you up to go for your gorilla trekking expedition. Gorilla trekking starts very early in the morning at 7:00 am with a briefing. After the briefing, join a group of 8 people to go and trek the gorillas. Gorilla trekking is among the incredible activities to carry out and many refer to it as a life time changing experience. Only 1 hour is offered to you upon meeting with the gorillas. Encountering gorillas in their natural habitat is very gorgeous, fascinating and also thrilling. Dinner at the lodge

Day 3: Golden monkey trekking
An early morning breakfast will be served then you will head to the park headquarters for a briefing which will start at 7:30 am about what to expect and the expected code of conduct of golden monkey trekking. After the briefing, hiking sticks will be provided then you head out in groups with the ranger guides and park guides who are knowledgeable enough for golden monkey trekking. This will take about 2 to 4 hours and once you find the golden monkeys you are given 1 hour to be with them in their bamboo shelters feeding, playing and swinging around. Packed lunch is a must in case of re allocation of golden monkeys. Dinner at the lodge

Day 4: Visit Lake Kivu for a boat cruise
After an early morning breakfast, you will embark on your journey to visit the fascinating Lake Kivu. Upon arrival, tourists will register then continue for the boat ride. Normally it takes 3-5 hours spending and relaxing on the water with sights of beautiful scenery, calm and peaceful environment. The boat ride gives you a chance to see different bird species like crowned cranes and pied kingfishers’ pelicans and funky monkeys around the lake shores. Dinner at the hotel

Day 5 and 6: Transfer to Nairobi/Kenya
After an early morning breakfast, you will embark on your journey to Kenya through crossing boarders. Normally with self drive, it takes 2 days to drive from Rwanda to Kenya with a few stop overs and exclusive documentation for the traveller’s identification. Dinner at the hotel

Upon arrival, your welcomed, register at the park headquarters as you continue with your scenic drive. The game drive normally takes 2-3 hours with a lunch picnic inclusive in the wild. During the drive, you get a chance of spotting different kinds of animals most excitingly the BIG 5, zebras, and giraffes. Dinner at the lodge

Day 9: Witness the wildebeest migration
After an early morning breakfast, your driver guide will pick you up and drive to Witness the wildebeest migration in the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem to see the most intriguing spectacular movement. The main purpose for the wildebeest migration is in search for pasture and water and some times it takes a full day waiting for the wildebeest’s that fear to cross the infested crocodiles in the mara- Serengeti River that attack them when crossing. After an early morning breakfast, you will be transferred to Nairobi city for a tour. The most perfect way to learn how Kenyans go about their day to day lives, have a city panoramic view and explore the railway museum and learn how Kenyans have gone about railway transport. Lunch enroute, dinner at the lodge
